Frozen Take & Bake Biscuits

Biscuits are frozen in a freezer-friendly resealable bag with recommended baking instructions included.

Buttermilk Drop Biscuit Mix

Yield: 9-12 drop biscuits
You Will Need:

  • ¼ cup Butter (1 Stick)

  • 1 cup Milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once fully melted add the cold milk to the pan.

  2. Preheat Oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment and spray.

  3. Pour biscuit mix into a medium bowl. Whisk the milk mixture into the dry mix. Chill biscuit dough for 15 minutes, it will make dough easier to scoop.

  4. Scoop dough with ¼ measuring cup dropping on a baking sheet 1 inch apart.

  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown. 

Recommended Biscuit Mix-Ins

Chocolate Chip Drop Biscuit

  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips

  • 1 tbl of powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract

Chive & Cheddar Drop Biscuit

  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbl of chives
