Buttermilk Drop Biscuit Mix
Yield: 9-12 drop biscuits
You Will Need:
¼ cup Butter (1 Stick)
1 cup Milk
Directions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once fully melted add the cold milk to the pan.
Preheat Oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment and spray.
Pour biscuit mix into a medium bowl. Whisk the milk mixture into the dry mix. Chill biscuit dough for 15 minutes, it will make dough easier to scoop.
Scoop dough with ¼ measuring cup dropping on a baking sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.

1 tbl of powdered sugar
½ tsp of vanilla extract
